EJ Meeting and Visits in Lodz ( Poland)

Ej journalists and other colleagues coming from Poland and several other EU member states will be meeting in Lodz (Poland) between May 28 and June 1, 2008 to discuss about the general topic “A New Europe Facing Global  and Local Challenges in a Globalized and Highly Interdependent World”.

Two sections will take place: “Geopolitical and Economic Perspectives for Central and Easter Europe” and “Freedom of Press and Communicating Europe”.

Participants will also visit European projects and other realities in the Lodz region.
